Our school district provided us with the opportunity to experience Hotel Ruidoso for a training over the weekend. Though it was for only one night, the hotel itself said more than enough! The rooms were very clean, and location was within walking distance to the historical part of Ruidoso. Anyone staying here would be part of a comfortable stay over night along with enjoying a day or night out in the town that has a range of opportunities to enjoy!
We stayed for a couple of days at the end of December 2025 and was very happy with our stay! Bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of selections (hot and cold). The location was great. We left an important item in our room and they were honest and called us and helped make arrangements to send it back to us!! Their honest and helpfulness they gave us, meant a lot!! Thank you very much!!!
We decided to take a weekend trip and will definitely come back. We were greeted by Shadow and he was so AMAZING! He made sure we were greeted promptly and even made sure our regular I'm was ready when we requested early check in. The location is perfect with everything close by. But to be 100% honest we will stay at the hotel again just because of Shadow. He needs a raise an extra vacation days
Great little hotel right in the middle of town. Convenient, clean, simple. Good breakfast and quiet. Not a luxury hotel but a great value. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ruidoso. The rooms are ample and mine was very clean. The staff is beyond friendly. I left some items in my room and they kept them until I could get back to get them.
Had a great stay...the beds are very comfortable. The location is nice, on a side street but convenient to downtown. Would stay here again.
We have stayed here 3 times in the past 3 months for when we go take a quick weekend ski trip. Every time we have been very pleased with the service, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, everything! Great location- walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants after a day on the mountain.
Location was excellent, walking distance to the main street of downtown Ruidoso. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was great. Enjoyed our stay! Michael at the front desk was very friendly and recommended us Anaheim Jacks for lunch which was great!
